Farming Assistant (job reference number LIW/70211)
£6.10 per hour. 32 hours per week over 7 days (days and hours will be agreed with successful candidate). Based near Kirknewton, West Lothian.
Duration: 6 months

Working on Cyrenians Farm this role involves general horticulture tasks such as:
- Working with chickens
- Planting
- Harvesting
- Weeding

The successful candidate will also be involved in:
- Facilitating Corporate Team Challenges - i.e. working alongside businesses who spend a day volunteering.
- The delivery and sale of produce at a Farmers market.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is able to work as part of a team. A passion for the environment and an interest in learning horticultural skills would be beneficial.
